ResearchCode provides software implementation, debugging, and reproducibility engineering services based on a methodology, dataset, and requirements you provide. Submitting a project is a request for technical review, not an order — no fee is due until we’ve reviewed your project and you’ve accepted a quote.
After review, we may accept, reject, or request clarification on your project. If accepted, we issue an itemized quote split into a 50% advance (due before development starts) and a 50% final payment (due on delivery, after testing and validation). Payments are processed through Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details.
You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, any paper, methodology, dataset, or code you submit, and that you have the right to share any external link (Google Drive, Kaggle, GitHub) you provide. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — an implementation is scoped against what you describe.
We implement software against a described methodology; we do not guarantee that the resulting implementation reproduces a specific published result, that it will be accepted for publication, or any particular research outcome or accuracy. We do not fabricate results, ghostwrite papers, or otherwise represent work as something it isn’t. See our Responsible Use Policy for more detail.
A project can be cancelled before development begins with no cost to you, since no payment is requested until acceptance. Once development has begun (advance paid), cancellation and any applicable refund are handled case by case based on work already completed — contact us to discuss a specific project.
The methodology and any materials you provide remain yours. Upon full payment, the resulting implementation and its documentation are yours to use. We retain no ownership claim over your research or the delivered code.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business.
